Brava Theater Center – Exterior and Interior Renovations and Improvements

Brava! for Women in the Arts is a San Francisco-based nonprofit arts organization that has championed voices in the performing arts for over 30 years. Located in the heart of the Mission District, Brava is home to a vibrant cultural hub that includes performance venues, rehearsal spaces, offices, and public-facing storefronts.

Arana Group was selected to lead a full tenant improvement project at the Brava Theater Center, encompassing three ground-floor storefronts, a back-of-house cabaret theater, administrative offices, and essential facility spaces. The project was delivered through a collaborative design-build process, ensuring close coordination with Brava’s leadership and project stakeholders to meet both artistic and functional goals.
