Chinese Community Health Center – Grant Street Headquarters – Tenant Improvement

Chinese Hospital is a vital healthcare provider with a legacy of serving San Francisco’s Chinese American community that dates back to 1899. Following the 1906 earthquake, the community united to create a more permanent solution, founding Chinese Hospital in 1923 as a nonprofit corporation dedicated to equitable care. Today, the organization continues to expand its reach while honoring its historic mission of accessible, culturally competent healthcare.

To support this ongoing mission, Chinese Hospital selected Arana Group to transform an existing retail space into a new outpatient clinic that would serve as an extension of its community-based health services.
