San Jose City College – Building 300 Improvements

This project involved the complete demolition of Building 300 at San Jose City College, with the exception of the existing electrical room at the southeast corner of the building, which contains the active 4kV campus electrical distribution system.

The scope required careful review and coordination based on existing as-built drawings to ensure the safe preservation of critical infrastructure. Arana Group was responsible for the full removal of all interior architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as associated structural elements, executed with precision and care to support future site redevelopment and campus continuity.
