San Jose City College – Phase 1B – Tenant Improvements, Access and Security Upgrades

The Project entails SJCC Cosmetology, Science complex, Career Technology, Fine Arts, General Education, High Tech, Library/Learning Resource Center, Multi-Disciplinary, Student Services, and Drama/Theater – Removal of existing, and the installation of new access control and intrusion alarm panels, power supplies, video surveillance and all associated electrical, low-voltage, programming, integration and commissioning per Plans and Specifications. Contractor must coordinate its work with a scheduled power shut-down, as well as ongoing day-to-day operations of an active school site.
