San Francisco Senior Center – Tenant Improvement and Building Renovations

Arana Group completed the interior build-out of approximately 10,000 square feet for the San Francisco Senior Center, located within a newly constructed mixed-use building. The senior center was built concurrently with the base building construction, requiring close coordination and phased occupancy.

The scope included full interior improvements across two levels. At the ground level, work included metal framing, interior partitions, ceiling systems, finishes, lighting, and power distribution. The second level featured an assembly room, lounge area, administrative offices, and a fully equipped warming kitchen designed to support the center’s diverse programming and day-to-day operations.
