San Jose City College District Office Headquarters – Building Improvements and Tenant Improvements

Arana Group successfully completed selective demolition, reconstruction, and renovation across multiple floors of a fully occupied mid-rise administrative building in downtown San Jose. The project featured extensive tenant improvement work along with the restoration of architectural finishes throughout.

A key component of the scope included the full renovation of restrooms across all seven floors. The work required seamless coordination of multiple trades—including drywall, mechanical, electrical, audiovisual, fire protection, fire alarm, and interior finishes.

All construction activities were executed with careful planning to accommodate the ongoing operations of the active office building, ensuring minimal disruption to occupants and maintaining a safe, functional environment throughout the project duration.
