Arana Group successfully completed security upgrades and tenant improvements at a fully occupied facility housing a preschool and dentistry office. The scope of work included:

• Installation of security cameras to monitor the parking lot
• Installation of sash stop devices and architectural door accessories
• Installation of a locally controlled, battery-operated door prop alarm system
• Miscellaneous interior improvements within occupied tenant spaces
